Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager, Partnerships to lead operational execution of campaigns sourced through major social platforms, optimizing workflows and resource allocation while mentoring team members.

You will manage opportunities from intake to execution, reporting, and performance evaluation, building strong platform relationships in a remote-first, US-based role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, social media, or related field.
• Experience managing relationships with platform partners or vendors.
• Knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and Pinterest ecosystems.
• Experience coordinating multiple campaigns and timelines.
• Strong communication and data reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for platform partner teams and manage relationships.
• Translate partner and brand objectives into campaign scopes and timelines.
• Allocate campaigns across team members based on capacity and skills.
• Monitor SLAs and quality to identify risks and resolve issues.
• Transform campaign data into clear reports for leadership and partners.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and processes.
• Support partnerships management to align ops with objectives and commercial priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and maintain delivery quality across workstreams.
• Drive continuous process improvements as programs scale.
