Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Accounting Manager/Controller with Nonprofit experience for our Outsourced Accounting & CFO practice in a fully remote role. The position supports clients with financial statements, budgeting, and internal controls, while leveraging QuickBooks/Intacct and Excel in a technology-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have nonprofit accounting experience, CPA preferred, and a track record of managing multiple client files and deadlines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in accounting or related field required.
• 6+ years of relevant accounting, audit and/or financial statements experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or direct preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets or regulatory reports.
• Evaluate needs for funds and investments and make recommendations.
• Develop internal control policies and procedures for budgeting and cash management.
• Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, procurements, or investments and prepare information.
• Monitor ratios and KPIs.
• Supervise accounting staff and monitor performance.
