EisnerAmper is seeking an Accounting Manager/Controller with nonprofit experience for a fully remote role in our Outsourced Accounting & CFO practice. You will oversee financial reporting, budgets, and internal controls while guiding client accounts and staff across multiple NGOs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent combination).
• 6+ years of accounting, audit, and/or financial statements experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and direct preparation of financial statements and reports required by regulators.
• Evaluate needs for funds and investments; make recommendations.
• Develop internal control policies and procedures for budget, cash, and accounting activities.
• Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, procurements, or investments for all or part of an organization.
• Monitor KPI and performance of accounting staff; recommend actions.
• Advise management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
• Communicate with boards, bankers, investors, and other stakeholders regularly.
