Southeast Restoration Group seeks a compassionate NOC Specialist to welcome and guide customers through high-stress moments, gathering essential information and directing next steps in the restoration journey. You will navigate multiple systems (PSA, Proven CRM, Podium, TPAs), ensure accurate data entry, and collaborate with branches and project teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system strongly preferred.
• Restoration industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience working in insurance, property services, customer care, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or other customer-focused industries is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Gather detailed information using established intake procedures.
• Manage a multi-line phone system during business hours.
• Enter and maintain data across PSA, Proven CRM, Podium, and TPAs.
• Coordinate with branches, operations teams, PMs, and stakeholders to route opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Explain the restoration process and next steps to customers with clarity and empathy.
• Identify missing information and resolve intake-related issues.
• Collaborate with NOC teammates and location personnel to balance workload and improve processes.
