Job summary

Deltatre S.p.A. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide first-line support to fans across web, mobile, and OTT devices. You will handle billing queries, perform intermediate troubleshooting, and manage up to 100+ contacts daily during major events.

The role requires a private, quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet, with full-time nights and weekend/holiday coverage after training. Fluency in Spanish and prior call center or streaming experience are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience handling high-volume emails and live chat.
• Experience with streaming/OTT platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support via email tickets and live chat.
• Handle billing queries and account questions.
• Maintain quality during high-volume periods during live events.
• Follow runbooks and escalation protocols.
• Escalate complex issues with proper context.
