Qualifications

• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English (B2+)
• Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month) from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Strong communication, stress resilience, and a customer-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Resolve user inquiries and issues efficiently.
• Communicate with users in writing and verbally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Escalate issues to relevant teams to drive product improvements.
