Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a night-owl to join our remote customer service team. This home-based role fits a flexible schedule and lets you handle inquiries during nighttime hours from the comfort of your own space.

You will monitor emails and live chat, assist customers, perform data entry, and communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors. Prior CS experience and strong writing are preferred, with an eye for detail and independence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during nighttime hours.
