Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Understanding of medical billing, collections, scheduling and staff benefits.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Ability to implement organizational policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of healthcare administration and practice operations.

• Develop and implement departmental budgets to meet objectives.
• Monitor internal financial controls and external audits.
