Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned senior auditor for nonprofit and government engagements. The role involves overseeing multiple client engagements across audit projects, coordinating resources, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualified candidates hold a CPA license, with 5+ years in public accounting and at least 3 years in auditing nonprofit organizations, including single audits and uniform guidance compliance audits. Strong analytical and supervisory skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple simultaneous client engagements, including resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow management across audit projects.
• Foster ongoing client relationships by proactively managing expectations, driving satisfaction, and championing organizational change initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted business advisor, delivering strategic recommendations on operational and process enhancements tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on new business pursuits, including proposal development and growth strategy execution.
• Lead the professional growth of team members through hands‑on coaching, skills development, and structured performance evaluations.
