Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Audit Manager for a fully remote role based in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a CPA license, 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience, and at least 3 years auditing nonprofit organizations, including single audits and uniform guidance compliance audits.

You will oversee multiple client engagements, manage resources and schedules, nurture client relationships, and contribute to growth strategy and staff development within a collaborative,

Qualifications

• CPA License is required.
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience.
• 3+ years of auditing nonprofit organizations.
• Experience with single audits.
• Experience with uniform guidance compliance audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven supervisory and training success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple client engagements, including resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow management across audit projects.
• Foster ongoing client relationships by proactively managing expectations, driving satisfaction, and championing organizational change initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted business advisor, delivering strategic recommendations on operational and process enhancements tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on new business pursuits, including proposal development and growth strategy execution.
• Lead the professional growth of team members through hands-on coaching, skills development, and structured performance evaluations.
