Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Audit Manager (NFP) to join their team. This role can be remote anywhere in Southern California and focuses on not-for-profit audits for a Top 100 public accounting firm.

You will lead audit engagements, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards. A CPA license and 5+ years in public accounting are required, with strong project and time management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, specifically in the not-for-profit sector.
• Active CPA License.
• Ability to be a team leader and work as an effective member of a team.
• Proven project management and time management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
• Ability to direct, review and train staff, experienced staff and seniors.
