Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Digital Employee Experience Engineer for the Mission Driver Enablement Center (MDEC). This fully remote role is open to candidates across the United States and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust with potential for higher clearances.

The ideal candidate will advance Nexthink platform engineering, automation, and enterprise integrations to improve digital employee experience at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, 4-8 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering, engineering, and supporting the NexthinkInfinity platform
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, EUC, workplace technology, and/or endpoint engineering environments

Responsibilities

• Nexthink Platform Engineering & Administration: Engineer, administer, and optimize the Nexthink Infinity platform and related components.
• Automation & Self-Healing Engineering: Develop, test, and maintain Nexthink Remote Actions and automated remediation workflows.
• Integrations & Platform Engineering: Design and implement integrations between Nexthink and enterprise platforms using APIs and automation.
• Analytics, Reporting & Adoption: Develop Nexthink dashboards, investigations, and reporting solutions to monitor digital experience and derive actionable insights.
