Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Engineer for a fully remote role across the United States. The candidate will blend Nexthink platform engineering, automation, and enterprise integrations to improve digital employee experience at enterprise scale.

The role requires Nexthink expertise, scripting with PowerShell and Bash, and strong analytics using NQL to transform telemetry into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
3+ years administering and supporting Nexthink Infinity platform.
3+ years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and EUC environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

Engineer, administer, and optimize the Nexthink Infinity platform for enterprise DEX capabilities.
Develop, test, and maintain Nexthink Remote Actions and automated remediation workflows.
Design integrations between Nexthink and enterprise platforms using APIs and automation tools.
Develop Nexthink dashboards and reporting with NQL to show telemetry and UX insights.
