Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Senior Engineer with deep Nexthink expertise, fully remote across the United States. You will engineer and automate endpoint experience, build dashboards, and integrate Nexthink with major ITSM and management platforms.

The role requires 12+ years in IT, strong scripting in PowerShell, and enterprise IT experience; active Public Trust and US citizenship are needed. This is a high-impact position focused on enterprise-scale DEX improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
12+ years’ IT experience with Nexthink and enterprise endpoint tech.
5+ years administering Nexthink Infinity and related tools.
Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow, Moveworks, or similar.

Responsibilities

Administer, optimize and upgrade Nexthink Infinity platform for stability and governance.
Develop automation and self-healing workflows to resolve endpoint issues.
Design integrations between Nexthink and ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM, and similar systems.
Build dashboards and reports to translate telemetry into actionable insights.
Drive digital adoption and campaigns to improve employee experience.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on DEX strategy and roadmap.
