Job summary

Ergon Inc. seeks an outside Sales Area Manager for the New England territory (CT, MA, NH, RI, VT). The role is fully remote with frequent travel and a company vehicle provided.

You will manage existing customers and develop new business for pavement repair materials and equipment, including demonstrations and trainings, while meeting sales goals and coordinating with the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum outside sales experience (B2B and B2C).
• Valid US Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Government agencies/bid experience a plus.
• Pavement/bridge maintenance or construction equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory management strategy across CT, MA, NH, RI, VT.
• Conduct sales, training and demonstrations of products for pavement materials and equipment.
• Grow sales and profitability with government, airports, engineers and contractors.
• Maintain frequent contact with customers via visits or calls to meet goals.
• Coordinate documentation: quotes, bids, reports, and travel arrangements.
