Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; information or library science preferred.
• 3–5 years research experience in conflicts, due diligence, or similar fields.
• Strong command of public records, business databases, and legal research resources.
• Excellent written communication; ability to summarize complex findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research on prospective clients and related entities.
• Prepare clear, concise written summaries with source citations.
• Identify ownership structures, sanctions, and potential conflicts.
• Review and organize research materials for conflicts reviewers.
• Assist with rush requests and maintain documentation.
