Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in information or library science preferred.
• 3–5 years of research experience in conflicts/due diligence/public records.
• Strong experience with legal research resources and business databases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research on prospective clients and related entities.
• Prepare concise written summaries highlighting findings and sources.
• Review and validate research for accuracy and formatting before circulation.
• Prioritize urgent requests and manage multiple time-sensitive assignments.
