Job summary

Major Players is seeking a commercially sharp New Business Manager/Partnerships Manager for a fully remote role in the influencer space. You will close deals from inbound leads, sell campaigns with strong performance metrics, and own the full sales cycle.

With 3+ years in influencer marketing sales and agency experience, you will leverage a flat, autonomous environment to drive growth, while collaborating with a small sales pod and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven, hands-on sales experience within influencer marketing agencies.
• Demonstrable experience selling influencer marketing campaigns and a strong grasp of the metrics behind them.
• TikTok influencer sales background a strong plus.
• Agency-side background essential (must have experience working in the influencer marketing space).

Responsibilities

A fast-growing influencer marketing agency, newly backed by private equity and entering an exciting growth phase, is looking for a commercially sharp Partnerships Manager to join a small, flat sales pod.

Key Responsibilities

• Close deals from warm, centrally-generated inbound leads
• Sell influencer marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of performance metrics
• Work closely with a dedicated creative resource to build compelling client presentations
• Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead through to signed deal
