Job summary

Dupré Logistics, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate and close new dedicated and outsourced transportation opportunities. You will prospect, design solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and drive start-up and customer success hand-off.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will own the full sales cycle from target development through close, travel up to 50%, and build a self-generated pipeline across dry van, flatbed, tanker, and specialty segments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain services.
• Proven success generating and closing new business from scratch.
• Strong outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline development.
• Experience across specialty segments (Bulk, Tank, Van, Pneumatic, Flatbed).

Responsibilities

• Owns the full customer acquisition cycle from target list development through close.
• Develop target lists and outbound prospecting strategies.
• Design solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Safety, Legal, and Customer Success.
