Job summary

Zillow Home Loans, part of Zillow Group, is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate purchase loans for customers within Zillow’s ecosystem. You may work in a high-volume digital environment or a consultative market-based model, with a focus on responsiveness and performance in a structured, metrics-driven setting.

You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding, delivering a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging Zillow’s technology and support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focusing on purchase transactions.
• Completion of CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage LO Test.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans with proactive follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents.
