Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the defined territory sales quota.
• Execute AIS launch strategies and product education initiatives.
• Analyze territory to identify target accounts and drive growth.
• Develop quarterly business plan outlining key activities for product adoption.
• Prioritize AIS opportunities to align with business objectives.
• Monitor pricing, delivery, and merchandising trends.
• Build relationships with customers daily and inform on new products, supply, pricing.
• Support physician education programs and professional society activity promoting AIS/HEM solutions.
• Maintain knowledge through training, publications, networks, and professional societies.
• Ensure accurate stock handling and traceability; communicate quality updates across teams.
