Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive AIS adoption and support the AIS and HEM portfolios within a designated Colorado territory. You will collaborate with Territory Managers to execute strategic plans, grow AIS usage, and build strong clinical partnerships in high-acuity environments.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical sales experience (Medical device and operating room experience preferred).
• Strong clinical and product knowledge of AIS portfolio and working understanding of HEM solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and call on customers (30% travel).

Responsibilities

• Delivers on the established annual sales quota for the defined territory.
• Implements and executes AIS launch strategies and supports HEM awareness.
• Analyzes territory to identify key target accounts and drive growth.
• Establishes a quarterly business plan outlining activities to support product adoption.
• Builds relationships with customers and communicates product updates.
