Job summary

Saluda Medical is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead commercial strategy and clinical performance for the Evoke therapy across the assigned geography. This role oversees regional teams, designs territory and pricing strategies, coaches field reps, and collaborates with Marketing to drive new product sales and market expansion.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with five years of medical device sales experience and at least three years in sales leadership, plus significant travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of medical device sales experience.
• At least 3 years in medical device sales leadership.
• Expertise in SCS, Pain Management, Ortho, Spine or OR market.
• Startup experience in medical devices preferred.
• Willingness to travel 60%+.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy with US and Global Sales leadership for revenue planning and achievement.
• Oversee high performing regional teams and ensure sales goals are met.
• Design territory and pricing strategies to maximize market share.
• Coach and direct field sales reps in planning, execution, and development.
• Interface with Marketing for market data, trends, and competitive insights.
• Drive new product sales and support product development and launches.
• Manage regional contracts and coordinate with Marketing and Commercial Operations.
• Monitor region-wide expense budgets and forecast performance.
