Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a Director, Thought Leader Liaison to shape neurology strategy nationwide. This field-based role partners with Medical Experts, guides education initiatives, and informs critical business decisions with external perspectives.

You will travel up to 80% within the Southeast region (GA, FL, NC, SC, VA, WV), build compliant engagements, and collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress Strategy, and Field Leadership to advance essential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Thought Leader engagement or related pharma/biotech roles.
• Neurology or other specialty experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop compliant relationships with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with established and emerging Medical Experts.
• Lead compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights for strategic priorities.
• Inform marketing and educational strategies with actionable insights.
• Capture, synthesize, and communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into regional field execution and planning for essential tremor.
• Drive external engagement around essential tremor and advisory boards, congresses, meetings.
