Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a Director, Thought Leader Liaison to shape neurology strategies by engaging Medical Experts across the country. This field-based role requires up to 80% travel and residency within the South territory (AL, AR, KY, MO, OK, TX).

You will lead compliant expert engagements, translate strategy into regional field plans, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Education teams to generate insights that drive patient care and clinical education.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement.
• Experience in field-based marketing and regional marketing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, data insights, and congress planning.
• Neurology or CNS therapeutic area knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Medical Experts across the Neurology landscape.
• Lead compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights supporting strategic priorities.
• Lead discussions using approved resources to inform strategy.
• Capture, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate Commercial Strategy into regional field execution and planning.
• Support advisory boards, congresses, and scientific meetings.
• Coordinate Medical Expert engagement activities for congresses and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, and Congress teams.
• Leverage CRM tools to enhance engagement planning and documentation.
