Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Director, Thought Leader Liaison to shape engagement with Medical Experts across neurology, translating insights into strategic decisions.

This field-based role requires travel up to 80% and residence within the Southeast territory. You will partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress Strategy, and Field Leadership to plan advisory boards, educate speakers, and support regional marketing efforts while ensuring compliant,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement, field-based marketing, or related pharma/biotech roles.
• Proven ability to build compliant relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of field-based marketing, insights generation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Medical Experts across Neurology.
• Lead compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights for strategic priorities.
• Translate strategy into field execution including regional stakeholder planning and advisory activities.
• Capture and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate Medical Expert engagement activities for congresses, societies, and events.
