Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) to build strategic partnerships with Medical Experts and drive insights across Neurology.

The role requires extensive field work, travel up to 80%, and residence within the Central region (IA, IL, MI, MN, NE, OH). You will collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress Strategy, and Field Leadership to shape advisory boards, peer-to-peer programs, and educational initiatives while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in thought leader/medical expert engagement or related pharmaceutical/biotech role.
• Strong ability to develop compliant relationships with physicians and other external stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM, digital engagement, insight capture, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Medical Experts across Neurology.
• Plan and execute compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights.
• Translate commercial strategy into field execution and stakeholder planning.
• Coordinate advisory boards, congresses, and educational programs.
• Synthesize field intelligence to inform Medical Affairs and cross-functional strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, and Congress teams.
