Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines seeks a Director, Thought Leader Liaison to build partnerships with Medical Experts nationwide and translate insights into strategic business decisions. The role covers a broad Northeast territory and requires residing in the geography.

You will lead compliant engagements, support advisory boards and congress activities, and collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Education teams to advance neurology programs and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in Thought Leader engagement, field-based marketing, or related roles in pharma/biotech.
• Neurology or specialty therapeutic area experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to build compliant relationships with physicians and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Medical Experts in neurology.
• Plan and execute compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate strategic insights.
• Inform marketing and educational strategies with expert discussions and insights.
• Translate strategy into field execution and regional stakeholder planning.
• Support advisory boards, congresses, and peer-education programs.
