Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Thought Leader engagement or related field.
• Experience in neurology or specialty therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into field plans.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Medical Experts across Neurology.
• Lead compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights.
• Inform marketing and education strategies with credible insights.
• Synthesize insights for cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Translate commercial strategy into regional field execution.
• Support advisory boards, congresses, and speaker initiatives.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Marketing.
