Zusammenfassung

Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver neurology and memory care via telehealth. You will assess patients, create care plans, and work with supervising physicians to manage treatments and prescribe therapies. You will educate families and maintain EMR documentation as required.

This remote-first role requires an active Maryland NP license and at least 2 years in neurology/memory care. You will collaborate with neurologists and a broader care team to improve access and outcomes

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, or dementia care.
• Active, unrestricted NP license in Maryland; geriatrics/adult-gerontology/family practice certification preferred.
• Able to deliver patient care via telehealth with strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct clinical care to patients with neurological conditions via telehealth.
• Assess patients, develop care plans, and manage treatment in collaboration with physicians including prescribing therapies.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease progression.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR according to regulatory requirements.
