Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner licensed in Maryland to join our remote-first care team. You will deliver direct neurology and memory care via telehealth, collaborating with physicians to improve access and accelerate treatment.

Role requires 2+ years in neurology/memory care, and certification in geriatrics or related fields is preferred. You will educate patients and families, maintain EMR documentation, and work with a supportive team focused on growth and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Maryland.
• Certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred.
• 2+ years of neurology/memory care/dementia experience.
• Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a full patient panel with physician collaboration.
• Excellent communication with patients and caregivers facing cognitive decline.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to neurology and memory care patients via telehealth.
• Assess patients, develop care plans, and manage ongoing treatment with supervising physicians.
• Prescribe therapies in collaboration with physicians.
• Collaborate with neurologists and care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and progression.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in the EMR in line with regulatory requirements.
