Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our virtual care team in a remote, patient-facing neurology and memory care role. You will provide direct telehealth care to patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with supervising physicians to improve access and accelerate treatment.

This position requires an active Maryland NP license, 2+ years in neurology or memory care, and strong documentation and communication skills to support patients with cognitive concerns and

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Maryland.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, or dementia care settings.
• Certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to patients with neurological conditions via telehealth.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage ongoing treatment with supervising physicians.
• Partner with neurologists and broader care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease progression.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR in line with regulatory requirements.
