Local Infusion seeks a skilled Nurse Practitioner licensed in Maryland to join our virtual care team. This remote, patient-facing role delivers care to neurology and memory care patients via telehealth, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and prescribing therapies in collaboration with supervising physicians.

You will educate patients and families, maintain EMR documentation, and work with our neurologists to ensure continuity of care.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Maryland.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology or memory care.
• Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills.
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical care to patients with neurological conditions via telehealth.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage ongoing treatment with supervising physicians.
• Partner with neurologists to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease progression.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
