Job summary

Medtronic in the United States seeks a field-based Clinical Specialist in Neuroscience/Navigation/Robotics to drive accuracy and patient care. The role requires travel within the territory, a valid driver's license, and the ability to support and train clinicians on technology-enabled procedures.

You will collaborate with NRCs and sales teams, install and upgrade systems, provide on-site and phone support, and help customers optimize usage while upholding Medtronic's quality standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
• Associate’s Degree with a minimum 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs and other Surgical Synergy team members for on-site installations with our customers.
• Represents Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
• Maintain system hardware and software to maximize system performance.
• Installs software and hardware upgrades.
• Performs system preventative maintenance.
• Provides telephone clinical support to customers.
