Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrophysiology or sales/service/engineering in Cardiac Rhythm Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional customer and employee education and training in CRM procedures, therapies, products, processes and solutions.
• Provide implant or clinic coverage as requested by regional needs.
• Translate complex technical messaging and drive education to promote Medtronic products.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic training aligned with business goals.
• Support cross-functional teams with clinical evidence interpretation and product updates.
• Build relationships with customers and key accounts to reinforce value of Medtronic training.
