Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Network & VoIP Technician to install and maintain network and VoIP gear across the continental US. The role requires travel and strong problem-solving abilities to keep the network architecture scalable and highly available.

You will configure switches and routers, support UCaaS/CCaaS solutions, and provide first-level escalation for network issues while collaborating with IT and facilities teams to meet SLAs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Certificate or associate degree in networking or electronics.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Certifications such as CCNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and document equipment according to design specifications.
• Provide day-to-day networking and telephony support for reliability and availability.
• Assist in UCaaS and CCaaS implementation and management.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide first-level escalation.
• Maintain knowledge and training in networking and related technologies.
• Support network upgrades and expansions and ensure redundancy and availability.
• Serve as next-level support for helpdesk on network problems.
