Job summary

Snell & Wilmer is seeking a Network / Voice Engineer to enhance a multi-site Cisco-based infrastructure across 14 locations, focusing on networking and voice technologies. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience, strong skills in Cisco switching, VoIP, and troubleshooting. This role offers a primarily remote working environment with occasional onsite support. Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in network and/or voice engineering.
• Strong experience with Cisco switching (Catalyst 9300 series or similar).
• Experience with VoIP technologies (Cisco Call Manager or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise network and voice infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Administer Cisco switching, data center, wireless, firewall, and collaboration platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance using tools such as LogicMonitor.
