Job summary

Snell & Wilmer is seeking a Network / Voice Engineer to enhance a Cisco-based infrastructure across 14 locations. This primarily remote role requires support and management of the network and voice systems, along with travel to Dallas, Phoenix, or Las Vegas for on-site needs. Ideal candidates have 3-7 years of experience in this field, focusing on troubleshooting and technical documentation. Qualifications

3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in network and/or voice engineering.
Strong experience with Cisco switching (Catalyst 9300 series or similar).
Experience with VoIP technologies (Cisco Call Manager or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Support and maintain enterprise network and voice infrastructure across multiple locations.
Administer Cisco switching, data center, wireless, firewall, and collaboration platforms.
Monitor infrastructure health and performance using tools such as LogicMonitor.
