Job summary

Allbridge seeks an Engineer, Network and Voice Enablement and Brand Standards to serve as the technical escalation point for network and voice questions from Support, Installation, and PM teams. The role also builds onboarding content, defines a RACI, and develops training and certification programs, with content stored in SharePoint.

The position owns documentation and organization of standards for brand partners across network, voice, video, and property technology, manages cadence meetings,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network and voice technologies for support, installation or enablement.
• Knowledge of network tech: Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, Nomadix.
• Experience designing training curriculums and certification programs.
• Experience defining escalation frameworks or a RACI model.
• Experience maintaining documentation in SharePoint.
• Experience with corporate brand partners and brand compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical escalation point for network and voice questions.
• Track escalation volume and root cause to identify gaps.
• Design and deliver training curriculum for high-impact gaps.
• Own onboarding curriculum for network and voice content.
• Maintain network and voice knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Define and maintain a RACI for escalations.
• Reduce escalations requiring engineering involvement over time.
• Coordinate cadence meetings with brand partners and document outcomes.
