Pitt Technology Group is seeking a Network/Systems Administrator to support a range of technologies, including Microsoft 365, networks, servers, and end-user devices. The role offers remote work options with flexible schedules and multiple shift choices based on position.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT managed service provider environment.
• End user support via phone, in person, and remote tools.
• Windows workstation deployment, support, and maintenance.
• Server virtualization and maintenance (VMware or Hyper-V).
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, print/file servers management.
• Network troubleshooting (IP addressing, DHCP, VLANs).
• Security optimization using firewalls and antivirus solutions.
• Wireless network deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot common business apps (Office, browsers, QuickBooks, cloud apps).
• Supporting connectivity of remote sites using VPN.
• Deploying and supporting IP phone systems.
• Managing mobile devices (Android/iOS).

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests and coordinate with managed IT clients via remote access or on-site.
• Build relationships with clients to understand goals and propose solutions.
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and other business apps.
• Install and manage network infrastructure including firewalls, switching, and Wi‑Fi.
• Deploy and support user equipment including Windows desktops, laptops, VOIP phones and mobile devices.
• Monitor and optimize core IT infrastructure including servers and storage.
