Job summary

B Lab is seeking a Regional IT Support Administrator to join the network-wide Operational Technology team. The role focuses on regional onboarding, endpoint provisioning, and hands-on support for office technology, while aligning local practices with centralized standards.

Responsibilities include regional device management, remote technical support, and contributing to the rollout of standardized tools across the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a support/IT administrative role.
• Technical knowledge of macOS and Windows troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms (Jamf, Intune or similar).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day end user support across the region.
• Own onboarding, offboarding, and endpoint provisioning.
• Configure and maintain regional end user devices per central standards.
• Lead rollout and adoption of standardized systems and workflows.
