Qualifications

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with various operating systems, cloud technologies, and proactive problem-solving, operating autonomously to keep critical systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain server infrastructure (physical and virtual) across various operating systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure system security.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Provide remote technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Oversee network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend system improvements and upgrades.

Requirements
