Vivant is seeking a Network Sales Engineer to support the sales team by owning the technical pre-sales process. You will translate client requirements into network solutions, coordinate cost analyses, and prepare client-ready proposals across multiple locations.

The role bridges Sales, Project Coordination, and Engineering, requiring IT networking expertise, structured processes, and a long-term career focus in technical sales. This position is Remote with national scope.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Prior sales experience with the ability to move opportunities through the sales process.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery calls alongside the sales representative.
• Understand the client’s business, technical requirements, pain points, number of locations, and project goals.
• Document all technical and business requirements accurately.
• Match client requirements with Vivant’s standard network packages and determine appropriate hardware.
• Coordinate cost analyses and review for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate ISP options and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Prepare two to three solution options and ensure client-ready proposals.
• Support the sales team with technical questions during the sales process.
