Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Network Site Manager to oversee assigned OneR partner sites from onboarding through study activation and beyond. You will coordinate with sponsors and CROs, train site teams, and ensure operational readiness across the network.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in clinical research site management; graduate degree and leadership experience are preferred. This role supports remote work across the network and involves FDA/GCP compliance and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and at least 5 years of clinical research site or study management experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• ACRP or SOCRA certification a plus.
• Site-facing or healthcare project management experience strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned site networks through the life of a study.
• Guide site onboarding including training on OneR processes, tools, and expectations for participation in research.
• Facilitate feasibility, selection, and start-up of new studies across the network with clear communication to site teams.
• Oversee timely completion of site feasibility and ensure activation readiness.
• Coordinate with sponsors and CROs to ensure timely site selection and activation; act as central support contact.
• Provide ongoing site support post-activation, troubleshooting enrollment barriers and coordinating site queries.
• Collaborate with finance, contracts and budgets, regulatory, project management, and QA to support sites.
• Develop and deliver site-specific and network-wide training; provide leadership to team members as applicable.
