Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Sr. Director, Site Engagement to lead site- and study-operations across the OneR network.

You will partner with community practices, investigators, and leadership to strengthen research execution, improve enrollment, and expand patient access to trials. The role requires executive presence, proven site leadership, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of clinical research experience with significant site-level leadership in oncology.
• Direct, hands-on site research management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for site- and study-operations functions.
• Build trusted partnerships with community practices and investigators.
• Lead and develop the Site Network Manager team and other assigned operational staff.
• Design scalable site-support models based on practice maturity, performance, complexity, growth objectives, and support needs.
• Assessing site-level research infrastructure and supporting sites with space planning and workflow improvements.
• Partner with site leadership to develop staffing plans and staff training to support research growth.
• Ensure site readiness, enrollment, and study delivery meet performance goals.
• Develop and monitor meaningful performance measures and provide reporting to leadership.
