BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Senior Global Clinical Study Manager to lead global study delivery from feasibility through closeout.

Remote (US) role with responsibility for timelines, budget, and inspection readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure high-quality trial delivery. You will oversee study planning, TMF, RBQM, site activation, and risk management, while aligning with clinical operations and program goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma or CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline required.
• Oncology experience preferred and global study leadership capability.
• Ability to independently lead global clinical studies and ensure quality.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical operations methodologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global cross-functional study team and external vendors.
• Plan and manage studies from feasibility through closeout with quality deliverables.
• Ensure study plans, TMF, data monitoring, and RBQM are in place and current.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource needs; communicate to senior management.
• Maintain inspection readiness and drive process improvements across CST.
