Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Sr. Director, Site Engagement to lead the Site Network Operations across community practices. The role partners with investigators and site leadership to improve enrollment, study delivery, regulatory compliance, and patient access to trials.

The successful candidate will manage the Site Network Manager team, develop scalable processes, and drive performance across the network to ensure high-quality research execution and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years of clinical research experience with significant site-level leadership, preferably in oncology.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Direct, hands-on site-level experience as site research manager or site director required.
• Experience with patient enrollment strategy and enrollment in community research settings.
• Strong understanding of GCP, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned site- and study-operations functions with clear accountabilities and priorities.
• Serve as senior operational relationship lead for community practices and ensure site needs are understood and addressed.
• Lead and develop the Site Network Manager team and other operational staff.
• Design and implement a scalable site-support model based on practice maturity and growth objectives.
• Assess site-level research infrastructure and support sites with workflows to drive growth or improve efficiency.
• Develop staffing plans and training to support research growth with site leadership.
• Align site's trial menu with operational capabilities and patient populations.
• Establish accountability for site performance including readiness, enrollment, and study delivery.
• Identify barriers to patient enrollment and drive practical solutions with stakeholders.
• Own site-facing training, onboarding, and capability development strategy.
