OneOncology in Nashville is seeking a Network Site Manager to oversee assigned OneR partner sites from onboarding through study activation and beyond. You will coordinate with sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to ensure smooth study startup and site engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in clinical research site or study management, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 5+ years in clinical research site or study management.
• Site-facing or healthcare project management experience strongly preferred.
• ACRP or SOCRA certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned OneR sites from onboarding through the life of the study.
• Guide site onboarding, including training on OneR processes and expectations for participation in research.
• Facilitate feasibility, selection, and start-up of new studies across the network; ensure activation readiness.
• Coordinate with sponsors/CROs for site selection and timely study activation.
• Provide ongoing site support post-activation and troubleshoot enrollment barriers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure coordinated support for sites.
• Develop and deliver site-specific and network-wide training as needed.
