Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 3.5 years of on-site monitoring experience; Oncology experience.
• Global Clinical Trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of study site management to ensure patient safety and data quality.
• Manage site start-up procedures including feasibility and regulatory submissions.
• Conduct on-site visits (pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, close-out) per protocol.
• Prepare monitoring reports and ensure audit readiness.
• Support recruitment, retention and data entry into tracking systems.
• Oversee IP inventory handling and labeling per protocol.
