Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or a related field required.
• 5+ years of provider relations or managed care experience, with emphasis on network management, operations, financial analysis, and supervision.
• 4+ years of management/supervisory experience handling performance standards and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and service a high-quality contracted provider network to improve patient care and cost efficiency.
• Analyze data from financial and clinical reports to develop strategic plans and actions addressing deficits and root causes.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to drive high-quality execution and provider engagement across regions including NC, SC, and VA.
